Faire Destinations:
Well the faire season has just started. There are a couple of fairs that sadly have been discontinued but on the happy note there are many new fairs that have just begun. I know that there are a couple new fairs in Pennsylvania and other states surrounding the East Coast of the U.S.A. To find out where fairs are located go to the following website. Katrina Help Effort
As you all know both Louisiana and Mississippi regions of the Gulf Coast have suffered major catastrophe after the hurricane Katrina. Within the Renaissance Faire community many of those who perform at the faires seasonally have found ways to help the victims. Here are two ways you can help support the victims and the Renaissance community within Louisiana and Mississippi.

Funny Musicians:
Aka Marc Gunn and others have created a cd in order to support the Red cross purpose in order to help the victims. You can find out more about the cause and the cd by going to the following website. http://www.funnymusicians.com/index.htm

The Circle:
Again with the help of Marc Gunn "The Circle" a cd has been created to help the victims of Katrina. This cd features many well known artists that continue to be broadcasted through Renradio.com.
