What makes one Renaissance Festival different from another festival is the entertainment, layout, jousting tournment, and of course the theme. Some festivals have Elizabethan theme, while ohers focus on the tutor age, and Arthurian age. Depending on the festival you can expect to find many of those who don't focus on the historical elements of the festival, but the fantasy aspects of the faire. You're sure to find many lords, ladys, but also fairies, trolls, and elves.
